Tips for a longer life
To prevent and remove surface stains, wipe the surface with lukewarm water immediately after use. Then dry with a clean, dry dish towel. Never immerse your wooden utensil in water. Avoid abrasive cleaning agents. To remove stains, moisten the utensil with warm water and sprinkle with coarse salt and/or baking soda. The care of your utensil depends on your use. Daily use and dry climates require more frequent care. We recommend that you care for your utensil frequently, especially after washing, by applying a board oil suitable for contact with food.Natural product
Please note that all our items are made from natural materials and may vary slightly in size, pattern and color due to natural variations in the wood. All our products are completely safe and suitable for contact with food.Wooden bowls, cutting boards and utensils are a great addition to your kitchen. Wood is naturally antibacterial, so cleaning and disinfecting these items occasionally helps control the amount of bacteria that can grow on wood. Despite popular belief, the porous surface of wood actually deprives bacteria of the heat and moisture they need to survive, and bacteria actually die on the surface within seconds.
DescriptionWe designed the BASIC set based on the idea of a small kitchen, where we usually have less work surface and less storage space. For this reason, all the selected pieces are smaller in size, but still enough for practicality and usability. So they can be used for food preparation, serving and dining. The BASIC set includesitem code item name dimension (cm) weight (g) wood type protective layer
